Introduction
The terms and conditions below apply to the use of this website at www.saccosmakesitpersonal.co.uk (the ‘website’) which is operated by Sacco’s Makes It Personal. Using the website and or placing an order constitutes acceptance of our terms and conditions, Outlined below.
Printing Process
As we feel using plastic and solvent based print methods are less popular, most of our print processes now foster an Eco-friendly environment wherever possible.
We use a combination of printing methods and tailor these to best suit the image/design and substrate(item) chosen by the customer.
Please keep an eye out for the care information section when ordering, so that you will know how to best care for your items when you receive them.
Embroidery
We use Professional Embroidery Machines to Personalise your orders, Using the latest in Digital Technology to Design your logo and using Specialised Polyester thread to ensure your embroidery lasts as it should. During the stitching process, it is possible for different types of fabric to perform in different ways, meaning that some registration issues can occur on occasion. We try our very best to ensure continuity of your design throughout your order, but sometimes this is out of our control.
We require brand new, unwashed items to embroider to minimise the risk of registration and other issues.
On occasion, we will accept used garments to Embroider from you the customer, however we 'Saccos Makes It Personal' hold no responsibility for any registration issues or damaged caused to your 'The customer's' garments during the Embroidery Process due to fabric fibres that may have deteriorated over time through wear, washing and age. We have a form to sign for this, by purchasing any service through us, you (The Customer) agree to this policy.
Washing and/or wearing your garment prior to embroidery can destabilise the fibres from their original condition which may create issues such as holes within the fabric around the embroidery, registration issues, alignment issues and puckering. Therefore, you, 'the customer' accept that we 'Sacco's Makes It Personal' hold no liability for items presented to us for Embroidery, that are untagged, washed and/or worn, and are done so at 'The Customers' risk.
Order & Stock Information
We do our best to fulfil every order as quickly and smoothly as possible. However, because we work with multiple suppliers and don’t have live stock updates, product availability can occasionally change after you place your order.
Your order is only confirmed once it has been dispatched from us. If any items are unexpectedly out of stock, we’ll get in touch with you promptly to discuss alternative options, substitutions, or refunds.
To complete your order, we may use one or several suppliers. Rest assured, we always aim to keep any delays to a minimum and keep you informed every step of the way.
Prices & Payment
All prices on the website are in UK pounds (£). All Prices are inc. VAT
Payment via all major debit and credit cards are accepted and are taken online, We accept paypal.com payments, however, If using Paypal, there will be an additional 48 Hour delay before your item is ready to be sent, This is to allow time for funds to be cleared with us here at Sacco’s Makes It Personal. All Orders must be paid for in full before our work can begin on your order. Payment plans can be discussed and agreed with us. All Payments, where a payment plan has been agreed, will be reconciled in full before collection or delivery of your order.
Delivery of Plain Items.
We pride ourselves on getting Blank items to you as quickly as possible. Orders received by 12pm for Plain Undecorated items, will normally be dispatched within 48 Hours Monday to Friday. At peak times we process orders 7 days a week to ensure our items get to you as quickly as possible.
We use Royal Mail and Evri delivery for all of our small order items, with couriers taking larger orders that are over Royal Mail’s weight limit. Once dispatched you can expect to receive your item(s) within 2-5 working days. Local Collection is available for free.
Decorated and Personalised Items
We aim to complete your decorated and personalised items within 10 working days of your order being placed with us. This includes sports club items, school uniforms, workwear and anything that comes decorated on the website, all of which are all made to order items. At peak times, this may be delayed by up to 21 Working Business days. Please Allow 21 Working Business Days for your order to arrive before contacting us.
We will only ship to the UK unless specifically requested via email before ordering.
If any details that you give to us for your delivery address are incorrect then we are not liable if you do not receive any items you have ordered from us.
Returns
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your items but in the unfortunate event that you are not, we will do our very best to make it right. Simply get in touch and we will try our best help you.
Returning Blank Items
You have the right to return your blank order for a refund up to 28 days after the day you receive your order, however this does not apply to any items that have been decorated or personalised or custom made for you.
If on receiving your un-personalised, blank item you are unhappy and would like a refund, please contact us to make arrangements for a return within 28 days to receive a full refund, not including the return postage charge, which is the Customers (your) responsibility. The item must be in original
and unused condition and in the original packaging suitable for re-sale. This does not apply to any personalised items. If there is an error made in Printing that was not a fault of ours or the item has not been cared for correctly whilst in your possession, no Refund will be given.
Personalised Items
We will ONLY offer you a full refund or replacement If the Personalised Item has been personalised with a Fault, which is down to our error. It is vitally important that when you place your order with us, that you check all the details, including dates, spelling, punctuation and grammar are correct as we copy and paste what we get sent for item personalisation. We are not liable for any mistakes the customer makes on ordering.
If you have noticed an error after you have placed an order we request you let us know ASAP on 07527980715 or via email to saccosmakesit@gmail.com and providing the item has not already been sent for production, we will make the required corrections.
If you need to cancel your Personalised order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order for a full refund. Any orders with Personalisation cannot be cancelled once production has started. Any order cancelled once production has stated will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
If you receive your personalised item with a manufacturing fault (not on the personalisation), please contact us via E-mail on delivery and we will look to issue a refund or replacement where possible and include any postage charges once the item has been received back with us for inspection.
Returns Address
Please send your item(s) back in their original condition and original packaging, suitable for resale, to the following address, including any invoice/order form information to help us identify your order.

Please note that items are still your responsibility until it reaches us and returns postage cost shall be borne by you, unless the item is faulty. We recommend sending them by a secure delivery method that covers the cost of the item as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the post.

💎 About Me — Creator of Sacco’s Makes It Personal
Hi, I’m Angie Sacco — the creative heart behind Sacco’s Makes It Personal.
It’s November 2025, I’m a proud mum of three amazing teenagers and wife to my digger-obsessed husband, Antony — better known at home as “The God of All Men!”
I’ve always been creative. From making clothes on a little sewing machine as a teenager to dreaming of studying fashion design, art and embroidery have always been a part of me.
Life, however, took a few turns — from care work to nursing, then childcare and photography — before I found my true calling: creating something that’s personal and crafted with care.
After years of juggling family life, charity work, and countless creative projects, Sacco’s Makes It Personal was born in 2018 and became an official business in 2020. It started from a tiny room at home and has since grown into a beautiful workspace in Cardigan, West Wales — filled with creativity, laughter, and the hum of embroidery machines.
We specialise in high-quality, personalised clothing and branding using water-based Luxe DTF printing and embroidery. Every piece is made with heart, creativity, and purpose — whether it’s workwear, team apparel, or something made just for you.
Our mission is simple: to make your ideas come to life with craftsmanship, quality, and genuine care.
