The terms and conditions below apply to the use of this website at www.saccosmakesitpersonal.co.uk (the ‘website’) which is operated by Sacco’s Makes It Personal. Using the website and or placing an order constitutes acceptance of our terms and conditions, Outlined below.
As we feel using plastic and solvent based print methods are less popular, most of our print processes now foster an Eco-friendly environment wherever possible.
We use a combination of printing methods and tailor these to best suit the image/design and substrate(item) chosen by the customer.
Please keep an eye out for a care card/label that will be included with your order, if needed, so that you will know how to best care for your items when you receive them.
We will still have the traditional Heat Transfer Vinyl as a vector print/Lettering design option but given the extra work involved to hand weed all of the negative space within designs, this will now require an extra cost per item and Vinyl will now become a requested substrate
We use Professional Embroidery Machines to Personalise your orders, Using the latest in Digital Technology to Design your logo and using Specialised Polyester thread to ensure your embroidery lasts as it should. During the stitching process, it is possible for different types of fabric to perform in different ways, meaning that some registration issues can occur on occasion. We try our very best to ensure continuity of your design throughout your order, but sometimes this is out of our control.
We require brand new, unwashed items to embroider to minimise the risk of registration and other issues.
On occasion, we will accept used garments to Embroider from you the customer, however we 'Saccos Makes It Personal' hold no responsibility for any registration issues or damaged caused to your 'The customer's' garments during the Embroidery Process due to fabric fibres that may have deteriorated over time through wear, washing and age.
Washing and/or wearing your garment prior to embroidery can destabilise the fibres from their original condition which may create issues such as holes within the fabric around the embroidery, registration issues, alignment issues and puckering. Therefore, you, 'the customer' accept that we 'Sacco's Makes It Personal' hold no liability for items presented to us for Embroidery, that are untagged, washed and/or worn, and are done so at 'The Customers' risk.
Prices & Payment
All prices on the website are in UK pounds (£).
Payment via all major debit and credit cards are accepted and are taken online, We accept paypal.com payments, however, If using Paypal, there will be an additional 48 Hour delay before your item is ready to be sent, This is to allow time for funds to be cleared with us here at Sacco’s Makes It Personal.
Delivery of In Stock Items Non-Personalised.
We pride ourselves on getting you your items as quickly as possible. Orders received by 12pm will normally be dispatched within 24 hours Monday to Friday. At peak times we process orders 7 days a week to ensure our items get to you as quickly as possible.
We use Royal Mail for the majority of our items, with couriers taking larger orders that are over Royal Mail’s weight limit. Once dispatched you can expect to receive your item(s) within 3-5 working days if using our standard delivery option. Local Delivery is available within 15.5 Km of Cardigan West Wales for a small Fee.
We aim to complete your personalised items within 7 working days of your order being placed with us. At peak times, this may be delayed up to 21 Working Business days. Please Allow 21 Working Business Days for your Personalised order to arrive before contacting us.
If a personalised product has become unavailable and we are not able to fulfil your order or there will be a delay in fulfilling your order we will advise you as soon as possible and offer a full refund, credit for an alternative product or the option for us to fulfil your order when stock has been replenished with us from our suppliers. Most items are in stock with us before being placed onto the website.
We will only ship to the UK so no overseas orders will be fulfilled.
If any details that you give to us for your delivery address are incorrect then we are not liable if you do not receive any items you have ordered from us.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your items but in the unfortunate event that you are not, we will do our very best to make it right. Simply get in touch and we will try our best help you.
Standard Non-Personalised Items
You have the right to return your order for a refund up to 14 working days after the day you receive your order, however this does not apply to any items that have been personalised or custom made for you.
If on receiving your un-personalised item you are unhappy and would like a refund, please contact us to make arrangements for a return within 21 days to receive a full refund, not including the return postage charge, which is the Customers (your) responsibility. The item must be in original
and unused condition and in the original packaging suitable for re-sale. This does not apply to any personalised items. If there is an error made in Printing that was not a fault of ours or the item has not been cared for correctly whilst in your possession, no Refund will be given.
We will ONLY offer you a full refund or replacement If the Personalised Item has been personalised with a Fault. It is vitally important that when you place your order with us, that you check all the details, including dates, spelling, punctuation and grammar are correct as we copy and paste what we get sent for item personalisation. We are not liable for any mistakes the customer makes on ordering.
If you have noticed an error after you have placed an order we request you let us know ASAP on 07527980715 or via email to firstname.lastname@example.org and providing the item has not already been sent for production, we will make the required corrections.
If you need to cancel your Personalised order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order for a full refund. Any orders with Personalisation cannot be cancelled once production has started. Any order cancelled once production has stated will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
If you receive your personalised item with a manufacturing fault (not on the personalisation), please contact us via E-mail on delivery and we will look to issue a refund or replacement where possible and include any postage charges once the item has been received back with us for inspection.

Please note that items are still your responsibility until it reaches us and returns postage cost shall be borne by you, unless the item is faulty. We recommend sending them by a secure delivery method that covers the cost of the item as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the post.
Privacy is of high importance to us at saccosmakesitpersonal.co.uk and we will NEVER share your data with anyone or contact you for any reason other than to discuss your order. Contact details are only kept in the event of repeat orders. Payments made to us Via the website www.saccosmakeitpersonal.co.uk are in line with PCI Compliance.
