Heads Up About Stock: We work with a network of premium suppliers to get you the best blanks and custom pieces. Because of that, stock can move fast — and we don’t always get live stock updates. Your order isn’t 100% confirmed until we’ve secured the stock and started processing it. If something you’ve chosen suddenly goes out of stock, we’ll email you as soon as possible to sort it — that could mean offering an alternative, waiting on a restock, or refunding that specific item. Production Times: Most items are decorated or finished to order. During quieter periods we can sometimes turn things around quickly. During busy periods (or for more involved embroidery / finishing) it can take longer. We’ll always aim to keep things smooth, fast and stress-free. Returns: Personalised / decorated / branded items are non-returnable unless there’s a fault.
