What's the difference between Luxe DTF and Embroidery? Luxe DTF is a Waterbased Heat Transfer which gets heat pressed onto the top of the fabric. It is suitable for multicolour Large graphics/Images. Embroidery is stitched into the fabric and is Long Lasting, Professional and is suitable for ticker fabrics where the design is more simplistic and smaller in design.
Can I upload my own Logo? Yes, if you add a product to the basket, you will have an opportunity to Personalise your Product. At this stage, there is an upload button for you to upload your Logo and preview it. You can also Email us your Logo if you are not sure how to upload it.
What file type should my artwork be? We require Print ready files for Luxe DTF printing. Ideally your artwork/Logo will be in a vector format (SVG/EPS/AI/PDF Print) but we also use PNG files as long as there is a true transparent background. The artwork needs to be as big as the Print file IS NEEDING TO BE PRINTED AT (we can print up to 30cm x 100cm) at 300DPI and in RGB colour mode for the best results. We cannot print Neon/Metallic Colours or Transparencies, Not sure if your artwork is ready, or if we can print it? Just send it to us via Email and we can look at this for you.

Can I order different Sizes and Colours? Yes, just add each Size and Colour separately to your basket.
Will you contact me if there is a problem with my artwork? Not always. If your artwork cannot be opened or looks very small or damaged when we open it then we will contact you but we do not check things like spellings/Artwork mistakes/Backgrounds etc. If you upload an image with a background that looks to be the correct size for your placement choice, we will assume that you would want this printed as it is, we do not know if there are any mistakes to your Logo/Artwork when you upload it. If you are not sure about your artwork, then please contact us before ordering. We will only contact you if your artwork is not printable.
When can I expect my order? We work as quickly as possible but we are a small business and we take time and care with each order. We aim to dispatch orders within 3 weeks. If you need your order quickly, there is a Rush order fee of £25. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate Next day services for online orders as we cannot hold Stock of every item in our Small West Wales Studio. We pride ourselves on the Quality of our service. Most online orders are completed within 7 days of you placing your order but during busy times, we cannot guarantee a quick turn around without a rush fee where we will stop our existing work to complete your order. If you really need your order within a few days, please contact us first.
